I’m not here to fix you because you’re not broken. That said, you are likely carrying fear, stories, and conditioning that were never truly yours to begin with. Stuff inherited, absorbed, expected; stuff that’s been weighing on your voice, your energy and your visibility.

I’m here to walk beside you as you unlearn all of that. As you reclaim your voice, your rhythm, your magick - and come home to the power that’s always lived inside you.

My work blends energy healing (my own intuitive take on Reiki), crystal medicine, spiritual mentoring, and sacred ritual. I support spiritual creatives, sensitive leaders, and witchy misfits - many of them also parents - who are done dimming and ready to root.

Yes, there might be affirmations but there will also be boundaries, nervous system work, fierce self-trust, and rituals that meet you in real life - not just in the pages of your journal.

Whether we work 1:1, gather in sacred circle, or connect through a self-paced course, you’ll find grounded tools, deep energetic support and zero shame.
